The MD/DC
State Association of Letter Carriers 41st Biennial Convention will be held in
Ocean City, MD. Business sessions will begin on October 8th and end on
October 9,
2007. The 41st Biennial Convention will open on Sunday,
October 7, 2007.
Some of the

Travel Information:

accordance Article 19, Delegate Funds of Capitol Branch
142's By-Laws. If you would like to keep track of your

2007 Convention

111 members were elected as delegates and
12
members were elected as alternate delegates to
the 41st Biennial Convention at the November 2006 meeting of the
Branch. The delegate listing can also be viewed
here or you can down load the
2007 Ocean City Convention Delegates Listing file (MS Excel). The elected officers of
Branch 142, by virtue of their office, are delegates to National
and State conventions.
Funded delegates
and alternate delegates are required to arrive such that they
can register as a delegate. A funded delegate failing to
register will not receive delegate funding from Branch 142.
A delegate who owes back union dues will not receive delegate
funding from Branch 142.
