The following regional arbitration cases concern removal action taken against CCAs.  The removal action was deemed not for just cause by the regional arbitrator based National Arbitrator Das' Interest Award and, that the TE contract language in the 2006-2011 CBA that a penalty determination by postal management cannot be modified by an arbitrator was not retained in the current 2011-2016 CBA and thus does not apply to CCAs.
