The Education and Public Relations Committee: 

Article 9 Section 3.

The Education and Public Relations Committee shall concern itself with the education of the membership and secure any and all educational material from the NALC or the department of Labor for the benefit of the membership. They endeavor to bring to the public those Branch activities that are beneficial to the Branch and to the public. At no time will the Education and Public Relations Committee submit anything to the press that will reflect badly on the Branch or its membership.
